We are seeking a Communications Catalyst to join the OF/BY/FOR ALL team. This is a full-time role, with benefits, at a salary range of $43,000-$48,000. While this job will involve travel, we are looking for someone who can home base in the Santa Cruz office at least three days per week. This project is moving quickly and we want you here on the ground with us to strategize and make things happen. 

What exactly will you do as the OF/BY/FOR ALL Communications Catalyst? In this job, you will be the online host and voice of the OF/BY/FOR ALL movement. You will welcome, motivate, and collaborate with civic and cultural professionals around the world who want to make their organizations OF, BY, and FOR their communities. You will write, design, and distribute communications content that drives participation in the OF/BY/FOR ALL network, both online and at events around the world. 

We're looking for someone who's a great writer with experience organizing digital communities and campaigns. If you've helped change organizations and change the world, we want your skills on our team. Our ideal candidate has an international background and personal lived experience with exclusion from cultural/civic institutions.
